On November 24th, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev made a working visit to Russia's city of Ulyanovsk.
Ilham Aliyev met with President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, took part in the opening of a new bridge over the Volga river,and also examined a number of objects.
