Azerbaijan starts Eurovision 2012 national selection tour

The national selection round of the "Eurovision-2012" song contest will start at the Azerbaijani Public Television today.

About 72 people gained the right to participate in the qualifying round. They will perform live on public television for eight weeks.

People will see two singers tonight. Ramin Guliyev, Janana Zeynalova, Orhan Mirzoyev, Kanan Gadimov, Anastasia Vedritskaya, Amil Gojayev, Orhan Kerimli, Elnara Hasanova and Semra Rahimli will demonstrate performance skills, voice and show during this week.
