Azerbaijani tar player to perform in Canada

Azerbaijan tar player Ramiz Guliyev will be participating in the international musical festival in the Canadian city of Niagara.

Guliyev is also expected to perform at the events to mark 80th anniversary of people's artists Azer Rzayev and 70th anniversary of Sevda Ibrahimova.
