"Shah Ismayil", "Leyli and Mejnun" performed in Sheki

Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre staged performances "Leyli and Mejnun" by U. Hajibayov and "Shah Ismail" by Muslim Magomayev on the fourth day of the 1st International Music Festival in Sheki.

The event held in the yard of "Upper Caravanserai" Historical-Architectural Monument was opened by a chief director of Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, the honored art figure Hafiz Guliyev. He highly praised the project co-organized by the Union of Composers and Sheki town Executive Board and wished success to the festival.

At the end f the event Hafiz Guliyev and soloists were awarded the honorary diplomas of Sheki town Executive Board and valuable presents as well.
