Azernews reports that this has been shared in a recent post by the National Commission of Azerbaijan for UNESCO on X.
The post reads that the number of Azerbaijan's heritage elements listed in UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage list has reached 24.

We wholeheartedly congratulate the Azerbaijani people on this remarkable achievement.
