Azerbaijani directors to join Int'l Locarno film festival

Khameleon by Azerbaijani directors Rufat Hasanov and Elvina Adigozalova will be demonstrated for as part of the 66th Locarno International Film Festival due in August.

The film, shot by Adari Films Production, won a domestic contest for best scenario.

The Film Festival Locarno is an international film festival held annually in August in the city of Locarno, Switzerland since 1946. After Cannes and Venice and together with Karlovy Vary, Locarno is the Film Festival with the longest history and it is accredited by FIAPF (International Federation of Film Producers Association). The main feature of the festival is the open-air screening space in the Piazza Grande, with room for over 8,000 spectators, and with one of the largest open air screens in the world.
