Alim Gasimov conquered Poland stage

Prominent Azerbaijani mugham singer, People`s Artist Alim Gasimov has performed in Poland.
He shared the stage together with local Voo Voo band as part of the European Culture Stadium festival.

Accompanied by his daughter Fargana, Gasimov presented the synthesis of Voo Voo`s Bezsennosc song to the festival`s audience.

The European Stadium of Culture is an initiative of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and is realized by the National Culture Centre, the City of Rzeszów, the Rzeszów Music Office, the City of Lublin and the Culture Workshop in Lublin. It was created in response to the agreement on cooperation between the Polish and Ukrainian governments. Both countries declared in it their support for cultural and artistic projects realized in the framework of the preparations for the European Football Championship in 2012.

The musical section for the event also offers a treat for fans of electronic and alternative music.
