Eurovision 2013: Semi-Final running order announced

The running order for this year`s Eurovision Song Contest Semi-Finals has been decided.

Azerbaijani representative Farid Mammadov will perform in 4th position in the second semi-final on May 16 after the representatives of Latvia, San-Marino and Macedonia. Azerbaijan will be followed by the representatives of Finland, Malta, Bulgaria, Island, Greece, Israel, Armenia, Hungary, Albania, Georgia, Switzerland and Romania.

To let all entries shine, this year the running order was decided by the producers of the shows and approved by the EBU Executive Supervisor Jon Ola Sand and the Reference Group.

Farid Mammadov will represent Azerbaijan at the forthcoming contest with song “Hold Me”.
For the Final, the first and second half of the Grand Final will be drawn at the winner`s press conferences of the Semi-Finals. The final running order will the be decided th elatest by 3:00 am on the 17th of May.

This year`s Eurovision Song Contest will take place on the 14th, 16th and 18th of May in Malmö, Sweden. Some 39 countries are set to take part in this year`s edition of Europe`s favourite TV show.
