Book on Azerbaijani cuisine takes first place at Paris contest

A book about Azerbaijani cuisine by Stalik Khankishiyev 'Bazar, kazan and dastarkhan' has been named the winner at a contest in Caroussel du Louvre gallery in Paris.

Speaking to the award giving ceremony, Khankishiyev, a promoter of Azerbaijan`s cuisine, highlighted the country`s history, culture, music, traditions and cuisine.
The contest involved culinary books from 65 countries, and chefs from 10 countries.
