Russian stand-up comedian to act in Baku

Russian satiric writer and stand-up comedian Mikhail Zhvanetsky will perform in the Heydar Aliyev Palace in Baku on April 1.

According to the Heydar Aliyev Palace, this will be Mikhail Zhvanetsky`s second show in Baku.
A two-hour concert will feature a presentation of satirical and comic monologues.
Mikhail Zhvanetsky is best known for his shows targeting different aspects of the Soviet and post-Soviet everyday life. His monologues have been interpreted by other actors including Arkady Raikin, Roman Kartsev and Viktor Ilchenko. Zhvanetsky is a member of the Union of Soviet Writers since 1978 and has authored several books.
