A film on the Nagorno-Karabakh war by an Azerbaijani director will be screened in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi. Dolu, directed by Elkhan Jafarov, will be screened in an event to be organized by the Association of Georgian-Azerbaijani Cultural Relations to mark the anniversary of the January 20 tragedy.
The film, produced last year, is based on a novel by Agil Abbas. Shootings took place in Ismailly, Shamkir, Aghdam and Aghjabadi districts. People’s Artist Fuad Poladov, honorary artists Mammad Safa, Shamil Suleymanov, Parviz Baghirov and Farkhad Israfilov starred in the film.
