Azerbaijani vocalist to join in French festival

Azerbaijan`s Eldar Tahirov will join an international festival of young vocalists due to take place in Bordeaux and Jonzac next week. A ninth grade student at Baku School of Arts, Tahirov has won several awards and diplomas at different festivals.
