Young jazzmen perform at Baku Jazz Center

 A concert by young jazz musicians has been organized at Baku Jazz Center. The event was part of the Baku International Jazz Festival 2012 co-organized by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Culture Foundation.

Opening the event, spokesman for Icherishahar State Historical Architectural Reserve Rahib Azeri spoke of the history of jazz and its masters in Azerbaijan, such as Tofig Guliyev, Rafig Babayev and Vagif Mustafazade.

The concert saw performances by Ali Vazirov (vibraharp), soloists Lala Safaraliyeva, Tamilla Yagubova, Ruslan Huseynov, Saleh Mammadov, Mehran Ismayilzade, Elvin Bashirov, Iyid Sener, Etibar Asadli and Elchin Shirinov.
