Azerbaijan presented at Festival Silk Road

Festival Silk Road held in Houston, Texas on 5-7 October, involved cultural figures of the Turkic world, including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Turkey, according to the National Council.

Chairman of the National Council of Youth Organizations of Azerbaijan Republic, Shahin Seyidzade, has taken part at international Silk Road festival and the opening ceremony of the Azerbaijan Cultural Center in Houston.

On 8 October, the opening ceremony of the Azerbaijani Cultural Centre in Houston was held, which took place with the assistance of "Baku-Houston sister city" organization and support of SOCAR.
Addressing the meeting, Shahin Seyidzade said that such events can once again demonstrate the culture of Azerbaijan and contribute to the improvement of relations with the countries of the Turkic world, and with the United States.
