Azerbaijani Akkord company wins tender in Ukraine

Azerbaijani “Industrial-Building Investment Corporation Akkord” has won a Ukrainian state tender for the Kiev-Chop Road Rehabilitation project.

According to the PR of the company, the bidders included Azerbaijani, Italian, Slovenian, Turkish, Korean, Chinese and Australian companies.

The Azerbaijani Akkord company participated in the tender by organizing a consortium with Italian companies.

The project is financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and realized as part of measures to prepare for the 2012 European championship to be held in Ukraine.
