Tax declarations to be filled by tax agencies beforehand in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijani Ministry of Taxes has affirmed the Actions Plan on fulfillment of president’s order about organization of e-services.

According to Ministry, the Actions Plan means establishment and improvement of e-services section in internet page of ministry.

Besides, according to Actions Plan, scanned copies of required documents and applications filled by applying persons will be received in e-form, notification will be sent to the sending persons, as well those documents will reviewed in accordance tro the legislation.
Payment of duties and other payments are also considered to implement in s-form.

Within the Actions Plan, it’s planned to improve the official internet page of ministry and extension of services here. One of the most innovations in this sphere will be application of filling of tax declaration by tax agencies beforehand.

Construction of service terminals to tax payers will be continued, spectrum of services here will be extended.

Ministry of Taxes intends to improve the tax control to e-trade.

Besides, it’s planned to establish mechanism on answering of SMS sent by tax payers via SMS, as well establish opportunities of organizations of audio-visual receiving fo citizens.
