State Customs Committee head meets entrepreneurs in Sumgayit

Today, State Customs Committee leadership held a meeting with entrepreneurs at the Sumgayit Main Customs Department. Chairman of State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev and Sumgayit City Executive Power Eldar Azizov attended the meeting.

Aliyev said that the purpose of the meeting was to learn the problems in this sphere and achieve their solution. Moreover, a covert survey was conducted for the first time at the meeting for giving detailed information about the problems of entrepreneurs in customs sphere. During the survey, entrepreneurs spoke about their problems. These forms will be sent to State Customs Committee and investigated there. Deputy Chief of SCC’s internal security department attended the meeting as well.

The entrepreneurs made their proposals on problems too. Aliyev noted that these problems were related to both internal legislation and other issues: "These meetings will be constantly continues and appropriate measures will be taken. Moreover, if there is need, amendments in legislation are not excluded as well".

Note that, analogical meetings were held at Baku Main Customs Office and Astara.
