Azerbaijan, UAE discuss transport cooperation

Azerbaijan's Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov has met with the United Arab Emirates` Minister of Economy Sultan bin Saeed al Mansouri.

Mammadov informed Mansouri about transport reforms in Azerbaijan, implemented regional projects and expansion of international cooperation.

The Azeri Minister said transport is one of main priority of Azerbaijan's economy. He underlined the Azerbaijan government attaches special attention to this field.

The UAE Minister said the two countries have ample opportunities to boost economic cooperation. He noted the United Arab Emirates was interested in strengthening cooperation with Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, they discussed development of transport cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates even more.
