EPSI Rating 2010 to continue in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Georgia

23 July 2010 [14:25] - TODAY.AZ
International research company EPSI (stands for European Performance Satisfaction Index) is ready to launch its EPSI Rating 2010 campaign at the second half of August.  EPSI Rating is an annual research project that attracts European attention for more than 10 years.

This summer Satisfaction and Loyalty indexes will be discovered for B2C sector in Russia for the following service industries: airline transportation services, banking sector, telecommunications, insurance and social sector, which includes public transport, health care service and education.
It is known that the so-called “tertiary sector” is the most dynamic and changeable one.

As said Alexander Kosobokov,  “EPSI Rating results happen to be really valuable for companies to predict potential breakdowns in business and implement in-time strategy modifications and tactic corrections”.

Being in conditions of constant competition companies are naturally pushed to progress, improve their image and build a loyal client base. With an addition for product and service quality and some other spheres these are the target areas of EPSI customer satisfaction and loyalty research.

EPSI industry reports contain data on how customers value the subscriber’s own organization as well as competitors. In general data is collected according to EPSI methodology by telephone interviews through call-centers.

This year it is agreed to continue EPSI Rating to Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Georgia.  According to 2010 year plan two sectors are going to be examined in these countries – banking and telecommunications.
