The Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization's activity for six months will be discussed on Oct. 22, Azerbaijani deputy foreign minister Mahmoud Mammadguliyev said before a meeting of foreign ministers of BSEC member states.

Azerbaijan, Bulgaria and Turkey will be represented by foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov, Rumiana Jeleva and Ahmet Davutoglu.

The Russian delegation will be headed by the first deputy foreign minister Andrey Denisov.

Armenia, Greece, Georgia, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine will be represented by deputy foreign ministers, Albania - by secretary general of the foreign ministry, Moldova - by state minister.

"Azerbaijan proposes to involve private sector in cooperation with BSEC," Mammadguliyev said.

He said that Azerbaijan first has raised this issue at the level of experts two days earlier.

Moreover, the country proposes conducting reforms within the organization, namely, simplification decision-making.

"But we failed to reach consensus in these issues. But many countries agree with reforms," he said.
