SOCAR doubles oil exports via Baku-Novorossiysk

Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) exported 1.715 million tons of oil via Baku-Novorossiysk in Jan.-Aug. 2009, a rise of 1.9 times from the same period of 2008, the company said.
SOCAR exported 239,741 tons of oil via this route in Aug.

SOCAR plans to export 2.5 million tons of oil via Baku-Novorossiysk in 2009.
