Rise in gasoline prices in Armenia

Gasoline prices in Armenia rose 2.9 percent in July 2009 compared to the June figures, according to the national statistics agency.
Meantime, diesel prices fell 1.4 percent.

At the same time, prices on gasoline and diesel fuel decreased by 17.2 percent and 34.2 percent respectively in July 2009 compared with July 2008.

At the same time, the price of gasoline in July 2009 compared with December 2008 increased by 18.5 percent and for diesel fuel fell by 3.7 percent.

In general, prices on non-food items in July compared with June 2009 increased by 0.5 percent.
