Azerbaijani parliament will adopt Competition Code at third reading during the autumn session, economic policy committee chair Ziyad Samadzade said.

He said the working group is studying the proposals made at the spring session.
“Discussions are underway with NGOs and entrepreneurs about the Competition Code which is a document that provides a legal framework for country’s economic development,” he said.
The code emphasizes experience of leading countries. The code will ensure Azerbaijani economy against harmful competition,” Samadzade said.
