French Total stops work in Azerbaijan

Total, French oil company, has stopped activity in Azerbaijan.
Earlier French company operated in Azerbaijan on basis of PSA signed with the SOCAR.

Under the contract, the company was focused on development of Absheron field in the Azerbaijani section of the Caspian Sea.

Total representative office Total Exploration and Production Azerbaijan has been closed.
