Ceyhan port ships 2.9 mln tons of Azeri oil in March

According to the press service for SOCAR, in the first three months of this year BTC transported 8.2 mln tons of oil and since the start of operation of this pipeline until April 1 of 2009 - 78.6 mln tons.

As is reported, in March the Turkish port of Ceyhan sent 2.9 mln tons of Azerbaijani oil. In the three months of this year this indicator made 8.4 mln tons ad since the start of operation of the pipeline until April 1 76.7 mln tons.

Notably, the capacity of the BTC pipeline, operated by BP is 50 mln tons per year.
