Natik Aliyev: "Azerbaijan is likely to support OPEC plans to reduce oil production"

OPEC is planning to discuss the reduction in quotes on oil production due to the sharp decline in energy prices.

Azerbaijan is invited to the OPEC session as an observer. The country is represented by Minister of Industry and Energy Natik Aliyev.

According to Novosti-Azerbaijan, reporting with reference to Voice of America Minister of Industry and Energy did not exclude that Azerbaijan will support OPEC decision on the reduction in oil production if such decision is adopted.

It should be noted that along with Azerbaijan Russia, Oman and Syria are also invited to the OPEC session.
