A two-week session of the railway administrations of the CIS and Baltic states started in Baku.

The session participants discuss the disputable issues around cargo transportations, connected with lost cargoes and emergency situations, said first deputy chief of the Association for Transportation Process Management Teymur Mamedov.
This session is held twice a year and issues of losses of cargoes, cargo damage during fire and so on are being considered.
If a consensus is attained by the discussed issues, the sides sign a protocol and one of the sides undertakes to pay the required amount, otherwise, the claims are considered by the Arbitrary council", said Mamedov.
