Business-meetings of Israeli and Azerbaijani entrepreneurs held in Baku

A source from the Export and Investments Promotion Foundation told Day.Az that the event was arranged in the framework of the official visit of Israeli Agricultural Minister Shalom Simkhon to Baku.

The Israeli side was represented mainly by agricultural companies, functioning in Azerbaijan. The event was attended by nearly 30 Azerbaijani companies.

Simkhon stressed importance of such events and noted interest of Israeli businessmen in implementation of projects in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Agriculture Bahram Aliyev, deputy Economic Development Minister Mikail Jabbarov and AZPROMO president Emil Mejidov spoke about the economy of our country, in particular, about the agricultural sector.
