The state-owned share of Azerbaijan's biggest mobile operator Azercell has been fully privatized today.

The due information has been provided by ANS TV-channel with reference to the State Committee for State Property Management, Day.Az reports.
As is noted the state share has been purchased by another co-owner of Azercell. The state share making up 35.7% has been estimated at $180,000,000.
It should be reminded that Azercell has previously been a joint venture of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (35.7%0 and Holland Fintur Holdings BV (64.3%), which is a part of a joint venture, founded by TeliaSonera (58%) and Turkcell (42%).
