Preliminary court proceeding on case of building company officials fixed to June 1

Preliminary court proceeding on criminal case on "Tereqqi" building company officials was held at Court of Grave Crimes, the court told.

The company owner Rizvan Kerimov and two more officers face charges under article 222.2 (construction works in protected zones without permission) of the Criminal Code. The court hearing has been fixed to June 1.

140-tonnes of aggregate dropped on one of the houses during construction of many-storied building. As a result of the accident, two died and a child was badly injured.

Kerimov and two more officers were arrested, APA reports.
