Azerigas cuts off gas supply to 1,675 defaulting customers

The company officer Vagif Namazov told that gas supply to Arkivan Kosakul settlements of Masalli regions were completely stooped.

Most of the customers left without gas are residents of Absheron, Naftalan, Hajigabul, Aghsu, and Neftchala, APA reports.

Azerigas had announced that it would cut off the supply to all defaulters, beginning from April 16.

The average collection rate for gas was 44% in March in the country. The company expects that the amount of gas supply will decrease because of coming hot weather and this will help to raise the collection percentage.
