Bakcell customers complain about loss of unused talk units

Customers of Azerbaijan’s Bakcell mobile operator have been complaining about loss of unused pre-paid talk units (credits), saying the units loss has been more frequent recently.

As APA reports, the problem is removed after they go to Bakcell customer service centers, but the lost units are not restored.

Bakcell claims that the problem is likely related to technical failure in the system and customers can go to Bakcell Head Office or the nearest customer service office to settle the problem.
