SOCAR prepares plan of actions to increase gas production

Implementation of the program in 2006-2015 will result in extracting over 50 billion cubic meters from Guneshli, 8 March and Bulla-Deniz fields alone. The program will initially require financial resources of AZN 250-300 million. Implementation of the program will lead to improvement of the sea transport, diving operations and reconstruction of the pipe concreting and covering plant.

The infrastructure to be created under the program will allow SOCAR to develop new fields at its own expense. AzerTAg
