"We form working groups under the rule of Azerbaijani Minister of Transport and Georgian Minister of Economic Development in order to promote the preparation process. The final agreement on the terms and amount of the credit will be achieved upon completion of the talks," he said.
Noghaideli informed that till first quarter of 2007 the talks will be over and the sides will sign a corresponding intergovernmental agreement. The reconstruction of one railway branch will be launched next spring, construction the other branch will be started by the end of 2007. The project costs $420 million. $220 million will be spent on works in the Georgian sector, reports Day.Az.
