Azerenergy increased electricity production by 6.7%

2.007bn kWh of aforementioned electricity volume was produced by thermal power plants and 0.231 billion kWh by hydroelectric power plants, APA was told by the press-service of the Azerenergy Open Joint-Stock Company quoting the Central Dispatcher Office.

Exchange of electricity with the neighboring states – Russia, Iran and Turkey was also continued within the last month. So, 80.68m kWh of electricity was received from Russia, 40.84m kWh from Turkey, and 64.486m kWh from Iran.
