Royal Bank of Baku registered emission prospectus of ordinary registered stocks in volume of AZN 1 million

The State Committee for Securities (SCS) registered emission prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of the Royal Bank of Baku Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC).

As APA reports refering to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), volume of emission is AZN 1 million and face-value per stock AZN 200. Placement will be held by means of BSE. The Standard Capital Company will act as an underwriter in placement of stocks.
