Milli Majlis will discuss new draft of "On labor pensions" law

New draft of law "On labor pensions" will be discussed at the first session of Milli Majlis after the elections.

The State Social Protection Fund informs that the draft is expected to be adopted during the same session. The adoption of this law will provide fundamental changes in pensions next year.

The state budget of the next year allocated means for these innovations. The draft law is discussed in the President’s Office at the moment. The current law "On pension provision" will expire if the new reading of the law is adopted.
