Gyanja car factory discusses issues of first export delivery

The Gyanja car factory coordinates the issue of the first export delivery of its output.
The issues of the cars assembly designated for supply the Georgian market by means of the Georgian distributor are currently under discussion, the factory’s director Hanlar Fatiyev told Trend exclusively.   

For the moment the Gynja car factory has the only distributor abroad. From the moment of its reconstruction the factory produced some 350 cars. During the current year over 300 cars have been manufactured (the production was launched on 24 December, for the last week of 2004 the factory manufactured 43 cars on the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection).

Manufacturing of the “Oka” model cars is implemented in the framework of the contract, signed with the KAMAZ motor car plant. In 2005 the factory plans to produce totally about 3,000 pieces of cars. Marketing researches showed, the Azerbaijan’s market has a demand of some 2,000 cars of the ‘Oka” model. The rest of them are designated for export.
