“Azpetrol” transported 1 million729 thousand 542 tons of oil and oil products to Batumi port during 6 months this year

APA was informed by press specialist of Marketing Department of “Azpetrol” LTD Jamal Zeynalov.

He said that 1 million 568 thousand 799 tons of it were brought from Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan by means of tankers on Baku and Sangachal terminal and transported to Batumi port of Georgia by railway by “Azertrans”LTD during 6 months in 2005.

Beside, the company transported 160 thousand 743 tons of raw oil extracted from “Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli” deposit and belonging to “ExonMobil” company of America via the above mentioned route in July.
