"For joining of Azerbaijan to WTO the state is to discuss and to solve numerous different issues. However, WTO is the part of the world policy and refusal from joining to WTO means complete isolation from the outer world", I.Kavass indicated.

He said, joining to WTO is necessitated by globalization of international trade processes. "Trade relations are inevitable. However, it is necessary to consider two main factors: the state has obligations on protection of its producer and competition between states (as intra-racial competition between some companies) gives more chances for companies and states modernizing their production", I.Kacass mentioned. Ibadoglu enumerated possibilities of free trade, international level of decision of arising problems, simplification of customs procedures, as pluses. The economist cited low competitiveness of goods comparing with import, (which may particularly, inflict significant damage to agrarian sector) and to necessity of adoption of decisions on customs and tax issues in accordance with requirements of WTO as minuses.
