The mission of International Monetary Fund (IMF) will arrive to Azerbaijan March 7 this year.
As the "Trend" agency was reported at Baku office of IMF, the mission will arrive for assistance in accountant statistics.
The mission will stay in Baku during one month and its visit will be completed in April 1, 2005.
Previously the leader of IMF mission to Azerbaijan Vitaly Kramarenko said that a new system of data interchange would be established in Azerbaijan. And the International Monetary Fund is ready to make cooperation in improvement of statistics accountability. At the present time a systematic data is being prepared for joining of Azerbaijan to the standards of Special System of Data Distribution (SSDD). The introduction of SSDD will improve the effectiveness of international cooperation and solution of some problems connected with state debts. At the same time the fund will continue to support State Statistics committee in improvement of consumer prices system calculation.
