10 million barrels needed to fill BTC pipeline

Ten million barrels of oil will be needed to fill Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, and this process will take five months.
The oil will be pumped from Azeri oil field to Sangachal terminal oil tanks for three weeks; filling of Azerbaijani part of the pipeline will take 1,5 months, Georgian Part - 1 month, Turkish part - 2-2,5 months.

To avoid the loss of time the process will begin as soon as construction works end in Turkey.
