Prices in Baku’s secondary housing market announced

The Property Market Participants NGO summed up the monitoring of the secondary housing market in Baku for December 2011. The NGO reported that the apartment prices in the secondary housing market amounted to $955 dollars per 1 square meter.

Average price per room reached $43,166 and the average price of apartments – $111,334. The total share of Yasamal, Khatai, Narimanov and Nasimi districts in the sold apartments basket was  78.7%.
