First specialized structure under ‘Baku - White City’ registered

Creation of specialized units has been commenced as part of mega-project "Baku White City" has begun. The Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry informs that on 23 December state registration was passed by limited liability company “Baku White City. Office Buildings”. It was founded by Union Grand Energy PTE.LTD (Singapore) and ADEC. Company’s authorized capital is AZN 10,000. It is located at Nobel Avenue, Khatai district of Baku.

The "White City" area of 221 hectares is in the central part of Baku Bay, once known as the "Black City". Official laying of the White City was held at the end of 2011.
