A blast that ripped through beach in the Turkish resort city of Kemer in the early hours of Sunday has injured 15 people, of them seven are Russian tourists, a Russian consulate spokesman said.
"All of them received minor injuries," he went on, adding that six of the injured Russians have been taken to hospital. They will leave in the evening, TRT reported.
Bang grenade went off at the Turkish beach, Tamara Lomidze, Director of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia said.
A tourist reported about the explosion earlier. "The explosion occurred among sun loungers. The sound of the blast was very strong," eyewitness Andrei Perfenenko told RIA Novosti citizen journalism project You Reporter.
