PACE presents report on parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

Polish MP Tadeush Ivinsky presented the PACE report on parliamentary elections held in Azerbaijan on Nov. 7, 2010.

"I think that this is a very balanced report," he said at the PACE winter plenary session in Strasbourg.
