Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection offers to put an end to the unorganized "slave markets" in Baku.

Natig Mammadov, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection, said the process will take time though.
He also added that a job fair will be held in Baku on November 20-21. According to him, about 7 000 vacancies will be offered by employers. About 80-85% of vacancies are in the private sector.
He said there is still a need for foreign specialists, especially in oil and IT sectors.
He noted that economic migrants are mostly employed in the oil and constriction sectors.
