Thomas Hummerberg's report on situation with human rights in Azerbaijan to be published soon

The report is almost ready, but now it is in process of coordination with the government of the country, which may have comments on the content of the report and the correction of technical errors.

Sources from Hummerberg's office reported that according to the mandate, the commissar will present his report to the Cabinet of Ministers (directly) and to PACE (send the text of the report). It will be discussed following presentation.

Azerbaijan's ambassador in the organization may express his point of view. Sometimes, the report is presented in the Cabinet of Ministers  with comments of the government of the country.
