Moscow is not uneasy about possible Turkmen gas transportation via Azerbaijan

"Russia approaches delicately to the possible transportation of Turkmenistan’s gas through Azerbaijan. This concerns Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and potential consumers most of all," Russian Ambassador Vasili Istratov said while commenting on official Baku statements on transporting Turkmen gas via Azerbaijan.

He also said that Turkmenistan itself will decide which route is more profitable. The ambassador also said that Turkmenistan can export its energy recourses through four routes, and it is free to choose one of them.

The Russian diplomat said that Moscow is not uneasy about Azerbaijan option but pays attention to this idea, APA reports.
