Inhabitants of Nagorno-Karabakh are willing to vote at the Khankendi Constituency #122

The Central Election Commission has received letters from citizens of Azerbaijan living currently on the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh and registered at Khankendi Constituency #122.

These letters are replies to the CEC’s address to the citizens of Azerbaijan to participate at the elections on November 6. Secretary of the CEC Natig Mamedov informed that the citizens approve the decision of the CEC to create the Khankendi 122 constituency and express their willingness to participate in the elections.

Mamedov said that he is not willing to jeopardize safety of the authors and that is why will not disclose their names.
